Lets say it is.

1. Jerry and her mother have consensual sex.
2. Her mother get pregnant.
3. Jerry denies it's his baby, but just in case, he pays off the mother AND sets up trust funds for mother and child.
4. Mother agrees and raises child.


So if Jerry is the father he paid child support through the fund, and she's now over 25 years old so Jerry has no legal financial ties.


Does she think that just because she's Jerry's kid she automatically get some of his inheritance?

Yeah, no lawyer here either, but this was my thought as well. How could she be beholden to an NDA she was like a newborn or so when it was drafted and never signed…unless she signed a separate one once she turned 18?

As a minor her mother had signature authority for her.
