Jay Gruden - Bengals OC

If Fisher leaves for USC , I bleieve the ideal choice for our next head coach would be Jay Gruden. He's developed Andy Dalton and the Cincinnati offense. I see him as a Sean Payton type head coach where he would also be responsible for the play calling!

I've always liked Jon Gruden.

Chucky all day. Lovie close second. Jay Gruden has a boat load of weapons in Cincy making him look good. Yes he is better than Schotty though.

Much more impressed with Mike Zimmer. Jay Gruden has been performing decently well with 1st and 2nd round picks. Zimmer has been excellent with a defense of castaways and later round picks

Clayton - Totally agree about Mike Zimmer. I just think our next head coach needs to be offense-oriented.
