Back in the other thread I didn't do a top 20. Its just a bunch of mediocre mess. Jimmy G is a Eli Manning clone. He somehow wins games. Thus he's above the rest of the average.

Looking at the third group I voted 11-15 he's probably the top of that group. I really don't think there's any way to have him at 10th, and absolutely impossible to have him higher than that. But probably pretty hard to put him below about 16th?

11-15 but his upside is capped while most starting QBs I'd rank lower have the ability to pass him. So I expect him to possibly be 16-20 next year.

And as has been pointed out to you his own team drafted a qb top 5. If they felt it was entirely to his performance they would not have done that.

He's nowhere close to top 5. That's like saying Trent Dilfer was a top 5 qb from 97 to 01.

Yes the 49ers have been more successful with him versus the likes of CJ Beatherd and Nick Mullens. Congrats Jimmy. You are a much better qb than practice squad fodder and a 3rd stringer.

His ceiling is top 5. He’s inarguably top 10 though. He’s a good QB that elevates the team around him. They’re 20 games below .500 without him, 27 above with him. He’s a difference maker.
