Batting Averages in the Jack Z era:

2009: 22nd
2010: 30th (last)
2011: 30th (last)
2012: 30th (last)
2013: 28th
2014: 23rd
2015: 26th (so far) I think 11 hits last night brought them up from 28th.

So even the best season was in the bottom 3rd.

That's concerning...

Beimel keeps throwing ball up allowing a sac fly instead f of low for a grounder then LF throws into middle of diamond instead of 2B allowing runner to get into scoring position. Seriously, does anyone coach these guys?

Was just thinking the same thing. It's one thing to have a terrible offense. Shit like base running and fielding fundamentals is on the coaching staff. It comes off as lazy, oblivious, stupid or that they don't care.

And where is the pitching coach telling the catcher to throw off speed pitches dropping downward to chase the hitter into a ground ball DP? Pitch up for fly balls, keep ball low for ground balls. Really making me sick watching this shit. It is everything you said.
