I had shiskabobs, baked beans, and a baked potato with cheese and bacon tonight. For lunch I had a braunschweiger sandwich. Marbled rye bread, spicy brown mustard, a few slices of braunschweiger, white onion, pickes, lettuce, tomato, and swiss cheese. I love a good sandwich.

Prices are very reasonable too. I have to say one thing I miss not working in NYC after all these years is the great delis.

Happily I can console myself with an easier commute and lower taxes.

Was in the city last week and had a Reuben. I was a little disappointed in the russian but the corned beef was 1st rate

Had some subs from Happy's Pizza. Sometimes you just need some cheap, gigantic, above average sub sandwiches to fill your belly. Good buffalo wings too.

Making it a half day tomorrow, can't decide where to stop and eat for lunch. Bosnian gyros sound delicious, but there's also a little hole in the wall bar in the middle of nowhere that has good wings and burgers.

/Checkers is a third option...
