Oklahoma is a big potential matchup because of the Fiesta Bowl against them

Oklahoma State has stepped up their non-conference scheduling lately so it could be them.

I believe BYU is a 7 year home and home venue. I don't know why those wouldn't count now that they are an Indepentant football school.
I think they (BYU) needs to step up thier football as a whole if they want to stay independant
