Yeah, I didn't think about people having them in this area then moving away. I guess I never thought about boiled peanuts being a regional thing.

Delicious. You can put different flavors in when you boil them.

Another peanut habit I developed down south was to get a bottle of your favorite root beer, drink about 1/4 of it, and pour a bag of peanuts in. That way you get a couple of peanuts to munch on with the swig.
