As far as Todd Frazier right now he has a two year contract with the Mets. By the time he is available The Reds will already have a manager. Maybe down the road about 10 years.

The manager (or as the ill-fed say, "head coach") is going to have zero impact on a roster full of players capable of winning 54 games. That isn't going to change with the dugout staff. That is about Rosell Herrera and Tony Cruz, who hit almost as well as Hamilton does. That would be, swing the bat and hope it lands on the outfield.
This team is fully FIFTY games worse than the Cubs, who will doubtless upgrade their roster this winter. The Reds will keep us informed about rehab starts in Pensacola.
