Had under 40 kids this year. We used to get well over 100, maybe even 200 one year. Not even a lot of fireworks; the dog is usually spooked on this night.

we were in a pickle ... construction pit outside our front door with warning tape wrapped around it. Kids and their parents thought it was part of a halloween display and kept coming to our door. Luckily noone fell in lol
