What’s the deal with YouTube videos not playing on here anymore? Is it the uploader’s settings, or have they disabled anything music on other sites with their new music setup?

It’s a terrible song, and I really like REM. I remember reading some interview about they hate it too. It was supposed to be sort of a spoof, but the record company pushed it as a single and it caught on, or some shit like that.
