Word is only the Eagles are in serious talks with the Titans.... The Cleveland rumor was said to be false, they are not interested in giving up both #1 picks for Mariota... However are said to still be very interested in giving up #19 for Bradford... San Diego also is said to be out because they do not wish to trade Rivers. Word is the Rams sniffed around a bit but showing no serious interest in the Titans pick. Eagles trying to do a deal that keeps Cox here yet. However we may have to part with Ertz.

Not necessarily. Any verbal agreement would no doubt be contingent on whether Mariota is still on the board when it's the Titans' turn to pick. Would be pretty dumb to trade up to #2 for Mariota only to watch Tampa pick him #1.
