Yea, but he probably could have gotten better stock in a year.
IDK... Next year has Lawrence and Fields... Though I'm not sure who else

Oh no shit? What happened?

Doesn't want to sit behind Book another year would be my guess. Not sure how good he is, if at all. If you're not able to beat Book out, how good are you? But he has potential I guess.

That’s the only 2 guys you can name off the top your head which is kind of why I think he should have stayed. Ehlinger wouldn’t go over him. Maybe whatever OU quarterback either starts or transfers to them. Edit: Kyle Trask is another to add.

This year you have: in no particular order: Burrow, Jordan Love, Jalen Hurts, Justin Herbert, Tua, and Jacob Eason. At best Fromm is the 6th best qb.

If he repeated this past year, his stock would be even worse.

And other QBs will emerge throughout the season. Burrow was a late round pick heading into the season

He wasn’t a blip on the radar 4 years ago.

You’re thinking of Jacob Eason, and yes he was a disappointment to both teams he played for

Yeah, I guess I am.

Whatevs. Georgia sucks.

So Kiper has him "behind LSU's Joe Burrow Alabama's Tua Tagovailoa, Oregon's Justin Herbert and Washington's Jacob Eason." Interesting.

I guess he did the math, and figured that Tua is a wildcard in the draft with that hip injury (Bo Jackson, anyone?), and another guy he beat out for a starting job already.

But he's not a grad transfer so he has to sit out another year regardless. Just seems odd. If Book get hurt, he's ready to step in, and he's all but guaranteed the starting job in his final year.

I'm sure he can come up with some excuse to the NCAA and get a waiver to play right away, with the way the NCAA is giving them out. It's not surprising to me anyway. He struggled to win the backup spot. We'll be fine.

I’m thinking more Jamie Newman from Wake Forest.

If we can get through this season, we’re looking to get a 5 star dual threat out of Washington DC for 2021.

going to assume that UGA can do better than Newman

You SEC fuckos can keep your goddamned quarterbacks...and Mike Stoops too!

Jalen and Kyler didn't play defense...and neither does Oklahoma. :suds:

Odds area real good Oklahoma will be starting Spencer Rattled (a red shirt freshman that Riley recruited) in 2020. Seattle and Mordacai were behind Hurts last year and have at least a year under Riley's system (which Hurts did not).
