Hopefully someone who has already been a somewhat successful NFL HC. I'm tired of them hiring these OC's & DC's that have no clue on how to HC's.

I would like this...or Bowles from Cards and Quinn from Seachickens would be ok as well.
I just hope they take their time and interview a few. Don't hire the first guy that comes for a visit.
