So, finally some good news. Not sure they will dump Brown given he is only 1 yr into his 3 yr deal. M. Foster is all but gone thank goodness. If they feel Hamilton (who also got beat consistently in pass coverage) can be the run stopper they need he will start and Brown then may be gone also. Still need to add talent at ILB because JHC is really a safety. Maybe 1 vet and 1 draft pick spent.

2) girl was lying again

Also add alleged victim was threatening to tell fosters current girlfriend that he paid for her trip to FL

The local and national press convicted this man without evidence to push an agenda and sell papers

Accusations aren’t actual crimes

Based on this information ( so far with more to come ) how can you suspend him?

Foster was a good player last year but he is such a knucklehead. This woman also admitted to stealing money and other things from Foster last time he was in prison. The other thing to watch for with Foster is his shoulder he injured in college. Many teams passed on him because of that shoulder. The 49er doctors decided it wasn't an issue but Foster injured that same shoulder last year and it was an issue the whole time he was playing. He was trying to tackle with one arm and his play really suffered.

Although I am no fan of the media and they are always trying to fan flames without proof. You have to consider that Foster has not been to smart in this situation. If she pulled this stunt once and he went back then he isn't very smart. If she just tried to falsely accuse him then it blew up in her face. Not that he would be the first guy that made a stupid mistake over a woman. I hear Mantei Teo is still looking for his make believe GF/fiancé.
