The next goal is not only important for this game, but for the series in my mind. Leafs tie it and that's a huge boost, if Boston gets it, the Leafs ghosts of playoff pasts will rise again.

Watching Canes on the TV connection and had this one on a stream on my PC. I have to resort to pirate streams because ESPN won't allow me to watch hockey in a browser for some damn reason.

I use a VPN for everything, I think that's what ESPN doesn't like. I have an ESPN+ account (with Disney and Hulu) and often ESPN will ask for my cable login creds before it lets me view anything. Sometimes it won't let me watch no matter what I do. It's just so much easier to pick up some random stream from like Romania or something.

It's usually trial and error to find a VPN endpoint that will allow me to watch what I want. Usually have to try 3 or 4 before I can watch any Orioles games on MLB.TV.

Edit: To answer - yes. CBC prevents me from watching that because I refuse to disable my ad blocker. I found a pirate stream of that one though. Seems closer to live.
