Even Ridder, Howell and Pickett were traded. Could be other teams saw what we saw... a kid with potential but didnt progress.
Russell Wilson is diminishing. Seahawks ate dead money to get rid of him. Payton got something out of him, but he wont do well in a run-first PIT offense.

This is another horrible trade by Poles getting fleeced YET AGAIN by the Steelers. I would of rather held onto Fields if this was the best offer. UN-REAL.

Yes it is...All we can hope is he hits whatever is needed this season to get us up to a 4th.
Poles is a good dude though. He treated Fields more than fair considering the situation and I think the locker room will respect that. I know this management/coaching staff is big on locker room culture. Probably for the best just to not drag this out and hope that Caleb Williams is just a dude that the team rallies behind.

Steelers got more for trading Pickett than they gave up to get Fields. Wrap your head around that one. Poles is TERRIBLE at trading and DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE when it comes to evaluating draft picks. NOT A FUCKING CLUE.

I had stated that I was okay with him staying, but that it probably was not the best thing. For Williams sake (and Fields for that matter) it's best if they do not have to go through the circus that would surround the two of them going into camp together.

No offense, but that's a stupid fucking trade for the Bears. Just keep Fields and draft Williams, you'd still be getting off cheap in your QB room. If Williams is a bust you still have Fields, if Williams does great, you would get a Hell of a lot more for Justin at the trade deadline when half the starters in the league are on the shelf. Idiotic
