if I had any conviction in any of the KC WRs, the next 8-9 days provide a great buy-low window
still think the smart bet would be on Reid/Mahomes/KC figuring this out and getting the offense clicking.

Toney and Skyy performance last night really made a great point for all the other NFL teams that spent big money on at least 1 WR the last couple of years. Other GMs had to feel good seeing the SB Champs roll an entirely different group of rag-tag WRs out there and have it not be instantly successful or even look in sync at all last night.
They might all suck. Honestly, Reid has never been good at drafting WRs.

Richie James could be the best one they've got. They probably win that game if they had him in the slot over Toney.

It's a mess and I wish I didn't touch it. I put skyy, ross, james on my 14-man team. Could have had a much better upside play at the Skyy pick.

Honestly he looked so good they might be just teasing him for 8 weeks before letting him get into the full offense for a playoff run. It's tempting to laugh at them because they are the Lions, but they might actually know what they're doing. They don't want him to hit the rookie wall in week 12. That's science.

Yeah but on the touches Montgomery got, Gibbs had zero yards.

This kid looks he can be the real deal. Quick and shifty. While the Lions have Montgomery, who still has stuff left, break the kid in slowly.

He is simply the new Swift in this offense.

People put way too much stock into where he was drafted.

I’m pumped I got him in the Bust League.

Damn...I guess we'll find out, but I value your opinion.

I will say, I think Goff controls the whole offense this season and they live or die with him.

The guy he replaced got 5.5 ypc last year.

I’d like to see Gibbs usage grows as the season goes on. But more so as a passing catching option, splitting out wide. I don’t want to see that small frame taking a beating from 15 carries a game. They have no depth at RB.

Was annoyed Monty only had one carry in the third.

More targets for Allen Lazar... wait.

They only want to run anyway. No team in any division has decided to ignore passing competence more than the packers

Add in the fact that there is some ambiguous preseason rule that teams do not have to be specific regarding injury updates.
From a fantasy perspective, this really clouds future drafts for me.

It's one thing to hide or downplay injuries in the preseason because teams are not required to by the NFL. But then in news conferences, I don't want the head coach to go on record saying the player should be ready for week 1.

Look at the fallout for week 1 already because of these ambiguous preseason loopholes. Kupp; Watson; Kittle; Doubs; Jeudy; Van Jefferson; Waller

These are some key fantasy players whose week 1 status is uncertain. Not right NFL. Not right at all. :mad2:
