Never played the FO3 expansion so I can't say.

ok. There was one quest that required exploring most of the "Pitt" factory area and it was really good.

Having playing played maybe 15 hours already I will say it is annoying to clear out an area only to return to the game and see that the enemy has respawned and needing to clear it out again.
