Another good pitching performance from the rotation. Hellickson had a quality start in which he threw one pitch to a future HoF player he wishes he could have back. If he pitches like this on a constant basis, more often than not, we are winning those games.

Offense just got shutdown.

In other news, Oscar Hernandez has started his rehab assignment in Mobile. That means he will be activated by the beginning of July. It also means Salty has 2 weeks left to get hot or he is gone.

I was just thinking the same thing. Beef might even be comparable to miggy in some respects. I think beef is leaps and bounds the better catcher. He handles the pitchers well and can produce offensively. These are the kinds of deals a true front office makes.
