2nd time is the mother fucker if you're healthy. The dirty secret that isn't really being told enough is that this isn't a thing you only get once. Antibodies so far seem to last about 3 or 4 months. My sister didn't even know she or her husband had it when they tested positive last April, or w/e.

2nd time she got it in August, she lost 15 lbs., her sense of smell and all of her energy for over a week.

There's something to being overexposed that really matters, or so it seems. If you're one of the last to get it from the group, and everyone is "shedding", you're the one who gets fucked. Not the first person who brought it in. Density matters too, maybe most. Can't prove it, can't show it, but everyone who know who got it hard was really exposed. Not just caught it because they were at the wrong gas station pump.
