Simple really, you draft a full team of current players (Must have played in the 2015 season) plus you are allowed 4 players from any era.

I know this idea will get absolutely no traction, but I think we need to implement it for this draft... We need a 3rd round reversal...

Reason I say this is because I see the top of the first round to be VERY strong, while the bottom of the first round is not going to be as strong...

I totally disagree Milk, I think the strategy comes in when do you use WC's

Exactly. If there were 10 guys playing, you are still getting either one of the 20 best players in the game today or 20 best of all time with the first pick of round 4....at worst

the way I see it is that there really is only 4 ELITE current first rounders... then after those 4 you got the elite all time players... but when you are only drafting 3 the top 30 best of all time are going to be grouped together after the first few all timers... so the first 5 or so picks have such a huge advantage over the rest...

Yeah but .... A HOF may not go in round 1.....or a current player may not go in round one. Strategy. I can tell you this, looking at my top 30 players, I dont care if I pick 1 or 10 overall

like I said, I know that nobody will agree to it... But I would place vCash that the winner of this draft and at least 3 of the semi finalists will all have a top 6 pick... Of course we might not even get to 10 owners so maybe it is irrelevant...

I do agree on the four current elite guys. But with every player ever open to be drafted I think there will be a enough options on how to build a winning team.

But, you prolly have it right that 3/6 at the top will make the semis.

Voting will prolly be a little more projection and talent based with the pool being current guys.

I'll use one of my WC on a player who retired in 2014.

Adding one or 2 more WC(probably 2 more) would also suffice, and solve the problem I foresee...
