There's some truth to that. But Taylor was more of a special back IMO than what they've had in the past. Outside of Gordon that is. I think losing Cephus early will hurt as well.

They all look special at Wisconsin. Jalen Berger, their incoming freshman RB, is the 2nd highest rated RB to ever go to Wisconsin, so I could see him stepping in and taking over. He's a really good prospect, I wanted him at OSU bad. Cephus is an interesting loss. That could be a bigger deal than Taylor.
