fair enough so let us give up on him after his 1st year as starter . or not consider him at safety where he might be better suited

I'm fine with Amerson as my 4th corner. I lineup of Flowers, Breeland, with Hall in the slot and Amerson as the 4th corner is fine with me. You just cannot start Amerson because he ends up in situations where he is on guys like Dez, and that can never happen. Who know what Hall will look like after he tore his achilles and then re tore it. I had had it with this kid weeks ago.

Amerson did struggle at times this year. But lets remember that this is only his second year. He has size, he has speed and has the potential. This is where you develop a player, not cut him. Now if this were year 4 and we had the same issues, I'd agree. He may never be a star, but doesn't mean he can't contribute, even if its as a 3rd CB or at S.

This is the type of move we would make and then see Amerson on another team in a few years with 6 pics a talk of PB.

I can't figure it out, he's a zone guy but he's doing better in MAN. He's gotten destroyed in off-coverage, but when he can't keep his eyes in the backfield he's done better. Amerson is jumping stuff that isn't there...this is like the 3rd game where he gets beat by a streak because he's looking for a move or gets beat by double move on a 2/3rd and long.
...He has regressed tremendously in the same system. Maybe he could play Safety. or maybe he should study film on BREELAND
