ie that the owners will push for, at the least, a reworked clause in the new cba that only 5 years worth of contract is eligible for 2/3rds buyout (... if they cant get rid of guaranteed contracts)
so the cheque Aquilini would have to write to buy him out would go from 31.52 million to 22.38 million
