OK so assuming the Browns do actually offer for Cousins (which would be dumb on their part considering they just drafted Manziel), what would this tell the rest of the planet as far as things insode Redskins park?

We have no clear cut favorite to start as far as actual play is concerned, but this would scream its RG3 or bust kinda move.

Actually it wouldn't be dumb at all for the Browns to go after KC. Once again the Browns fucked up on Draft Day selecting Johnny Party in the first place. They should just get rid of that jackass ASAP.

We should not trade Cousins. How can you have faith in RG3? If we somehow draft Winston highly unlikely or sign a veteran QB, then I would trade Cousins. I want to see a true camp battle between RG3 and Cousins. Just don't give RG3 the job.

How about an even swap. KC for Manziel. That would complete the 3 ring circus for us. We could start our own reality show.

Maybe, but considering his contract is fully guaranteed, he is going to be there for atleast another two years. Rather pointless to introduce MORE drama into the franchise.

But keeping him around through his contract will be nothing but a distraction for the Browns. They should eat his contract & get rid of his sorry ass. As a lifelong Browns fan I'm still pissed off they wasted a 1st rounder on that chump.

Look on the bright side, it was only one first round pick.

I called this last week. Makes perfect sense. No way they bring all 3 QBs back and for whatever reason Gruden feels Kirk is the 3rd out of a group of crappy QBs.

I'm not so sure this is true. From what I've heard, he thinks highly of Kirk, he just had to pull him because he was self destructing at that time.

What would be ironic would be for us to trade RG3 to the browns. He can hook up with his old buddy, Kyle.

I wouldnt wish that on Kyle. As one of those young up and comers, wouldnt want to see him get sacrificed to the Griffin again.

Why not trade away cousins? Or any of our qbs for that matter, none of them look like starting NFL qbs.

If Washington does trade Cousins it must be for a conditional pick. That however assumes that there has been a honest appraisal of his current team, which realizes that his career lasts longer elsewhere.

If the trade is made, look for DC to draft a QB........best fit at this point.......Kevin Hogan (Stanford)

If P.Manning, T. Brady, or any other QB led this team, they might have done a little better but as a team still not close to a playoff one. (6-10 at best) Then you'd say the same thing about them.

...............and accusations of defending our current QB's in..........3..........2.........1

Ding, ding, ding ... there isn't one to defend Sty. All three have more holes than swiss cheese.

What more did you need to see from Gruden to convince you that he was down on Kirk? We all know what he thought of Griffin yet he had Kirk behind him on the depth chart after he failed to produce when given the chance. The fact that he wasn't even dressed when starting an injured QB with another injury prone backup is a pretty good indicator that he had no intentions of ever playing Kirk again.
