To be fair, we started out hot last season, sweeping the Marlins in Miami and you know how the rest of the season turned out.

I'm not expecting greatness, but it is a long season, and I'm not calling it over after 2 games.

Well, we had a good third inning at least.

No excuse for not scoring in the first and seventh innings.

This has been an agonizing 0-3 start. We've had chances to win all 3 games and have had leads in all 3 games.

And unless I'm forgetting something, we've yet to hit a double or triple this season. We had the 2 homers in the first game, every other hit has been a single.

We're struggling on offense, and we've yet to score a run after the 5th inning this season. I'm not confident in adding on to or maintaining this 1 run lead.

Oh, and BTW, Ender Inciarte has been placed on the 15 day DL, and Mallex Smith was scratched from the today's lineup for Gwinnett.

Good chance we get a look at Smith in the Majors starting in Washington tomorrow.
