Silver lining.. we get to take a look at a pitcher like Zack Phillips on a major league level. He certainly didn't hurt his case to be in the bigs with his showing at the top of the 9th.

Just turned on the game vs the Jays (9/25) and see we're down 4-0 in the bottom of the ninth. Gonna be honest... I didn't think the Jays were gonna roll over for us. Haven't checked yet to see if it was masterful pitching by the Jays or squandered opportunities by the O's (a la the bases-loaded opportunities in the 2nd half of the doubleheader yesterday), but I'm hopeful that the Jays can show as much spirit vs the yankees at home.

And hopefully the twinkies can fight back tonight.. currently down 2-1..
