I don’t recall one time the Texans got jerked off by the refs. If you are referring to the classic O’Brien moment where he didn’t call a fucking timeout to force a review of the Gronkowski non-catch. Pats scored, O’Brien took all 3 timeouts into the locker room. Post game, why didn’t you call a timeout to force a review which was later determined not to be a catch? “That’s not my job”
