I like the guy as a person and he normally takes a lot of pitches and gets on via walks and HBP. But he just hasn't been able to take his success at the minor league level to the MLB level.

I can respect his approach. His on base percentage is about .50 points higher than league average. If his batting average was say .260 or higher in addition to that, I would like him.
