I definitely recommend them.
They're both very good well done shows that will be continuing either this summer or fall.
If you have a chance +/or the time check out season 1 of one or the other. Fargo as you've probably figured out is sort of a spin off based on the Coen Bros. film of the same name.

Discovered this show late and have been enjoying it. I'm caught up except for the last week I think.

I give a lot of credit to the creators/writers of this show for coming up with a complex/interesting world here with a lot of interesting characters without completely butchering the Psycho story or making it feel cheap/inauthentic. My first thought when I saw previews for this was that it was a cheap way to piggyback on a classic but I think they're nailing it.

I'm sure the dad will definitely get the blame. Especially with the hostility he showed towards her in the hospital and Dillon witnessed it

Yeah that sucks about Norma.

I wonder if the Doctor doesn't get some backlash either professionally, legally or criminally (maybe all the above?) now from what Norman did.

Seeing as he was more or less manipulated, connived and talked into releasing Norman from the hospital against his own better professional medical judgement.

Isn't next week's episode the season finale?
