I don't really understand the bold part of your statement? It's not a big risk to ND playing. The ACC gave ND another sweet deal for this year, like they did when they extended the offer to have them play 5 ACC games and join in other sports.

Nobody is going to question ND's schedule in the future. That's pretty absurd to be honest. Just next season our games outside of the ACC are Wisconsin, USC, Cincy, Stanford, Navy, Toledo and Purdue. That's likely 3 top 25 teams with Wisconsin/USC/Cincy.

Btw, ND is like 14-1 against the ACC the last 3 regular seasons.

Especially considering the ACC outside of Clemson was hot trash last year.

ACC has been trash the last 2 years outside of Clemson. ND could go 0-10 against the ACC this season and nobody would question their future schedules. Or on the flip if they went 10-0 nobody would question their future schedules. That's why I don't understand what Noleguy was saying.

Waiting for the idiot Kevin Warren to come back from watching his son play for Mississippi State over the weekend. But as usual, he screwed up, Miss State did not have a game this weekend.

Now, Pritzker will make Warren quarantine for 14 days. because Mississippi is on the Illinois banned list. Kevin Warren doesn't understand how to use remote connectivity or what Zoom is, or how to effectively communicate anyway.

The presidents and chancellors blocked his calls he was making so they could aid him in the use of remote connectivity. held their vote in private. Told him to watch the Big Ten Network to stay informed. He knows how to use a TV remote.

BTW, I just made up the Kevin Warren crap because the guy is an idiot.

Another opt-out for Ohio St. Shaun Wade projected high pick. Either way I would love to watch B1G football at this point even if they don't have a CFP.

Honestly I'll be shocked of they get the 9 votes considering 6 schools were hard nos just a few days ago ( Michigan schools , Illinois schools , MD and Rutgers) and a few others were on the fence but here's to hoping anyway

With there being a good chance the B10 play this season (hopefully Michigan isn't stubborn and joins the rest of them), it is nice to see this happening in Ohio:

The bad thing is that Ohio State often reloads, so it may not be a huge loss for them.

I was pulling for this season to get figured out, now I kind of am growing a "whatever" stance and don't think it's going to start anytime soon.

With COVID canceling some games so far, I hope if the B10 does reboot the fall season, they start on October 3rd. Here is my perfect plan for the B10:

* Start October 3rd
* Play 8 games
* Two bye weeks where every team is off the same bye weeks. If games are canceled due to COVID, those would be the make up dates
* B10 Championship game is December 12

This makes most sense to me, and would hopefully ensure that even if a team misses a game due to COVID, that the games will still all be played.

So the rumors that Harbaugh didn't want the season to start because he's tired of losing to Ohio State are false? :heh:

Yeah, they usually are false rumors when they originate in Ohio.
