I just saw the catch. Juan Laggares has always been a great fielder. When he first came up, his defense was good, but, his hitting was questionable. However, his defense has saved the Mets a ton a runs.

The Amazin's are off to a great start today....they load the bases in the home 1st and Murphy plated them all w/ a 3 ribeye double.....then in the top 2nd, Lagares starts an awesome 8-4-2 double play to nail AJP at the plate which was challenged....but after a 5 min review the replay ump ruled Recker blocked the plate...which is total BS. The run was allowed.

Mets having some brain cramps and showing lack of focus in the 4th.
