Tomas defense at third is improving everyday. He's made a number of tough plays in this series. Plus his bat is on fire. Really liking this signing. Hoping for more slugging but its gonna come around soon enough. The guy can flat out put the bat on the ball.

Sorry, I've been busy & these games have been played a little early.
The rotation has looked good in Miami. Chase is dealing with a 2 hit shutout through 8.
A couple of things I have noticed that give me some hope for the future.
-Burgos installed as the closer. He has looked good in 2 opportunities. He has some serious gas.
-Tomas is hitting & playing good D at 3B.
-Ahmed has started hitting & having productive ABs. A 6 game hitting streak. With his defense, if he can hit.230-.240, he will have a long career.

Chase Anderson has been surprisingly great this year. Nice to see.
While the Marlins aren't exactly a juggernaut, it is nice to see them humiliate Jennings. I can't stand these guys that get jobs they don't deserve just because they are buddies with someone or have a position of power. Remember AJ Hinch? That said...how the heck are the Astros in first place???

4 game sweep!!! Our offense is top 5 in baseball in runs scored. Seems like pitching is starting to pick it up now.

I just got home & I am happy to see we got the sweep. Looks like Bradley is still struggling since he tried to catch that ball with his face.
