I honestly don't remember this guy ever playing on the major league team, but it is sad nonetheless.

Ex-MLB pitcher Tyson Brummett, 3 others die in plane crash

I saw this report awhile ago. Brummett played in the final game of the 2012 season and started 2013 in Double A Reading. Bounced around in Blue Jays and Dodgers AA for two years before being released. Retired after 2014 season and became a pilot and certified flight instructor.
