Looks like Julia Hart and Hobbs are going to be gone for a while and that MJF might be out until around All Out. If that's true, that's a huge bummer.

Not surprised about Hobbs considering his match with Mox. He couldn't put any weight on it at all and they went straight to a pin.

I had figured something was up and it wasn’t just him selling when they did the choke out on him.
Sucks because I like watching all three of them. Julia has improved a lot since she was with Pillman and Garrison.

A better show than the previous showing.
Was thinking about going to the June Dynamite up in Fairfax but don't feel like the price (lowest is $45 plus taxes and fees) is worth it. Would rather spend my money on one of the PPV's instead and get to stay at home.

Wait until the week of the show. The prices drop quite a bit

I’ve thought about that but I doubt that they’ll drop to what the Collision show in January was or what Dynamite was up in DC last year, which was around $25. Am definitely going to plan to attend the New Japan show in August though.

It's too early for an Anarchy style stipulation. AEW does this too often where they'll start a program, a week passes by, and they immediately jump to a big stip. You gotta let things build

And a lot of the time they work backwards. They’ll start with the big match and then finish with the regular match.

So many terrible Jericho feuds went like this. Person, usually a younger guy, would get a win right at the start and then we'd get an agonizing 5 month feud of Jericho getting wins back

The one that stands out with that is his feud with MJF/Pinnacle.

Figured as much during his match with Trent. Knew he had been dealing with that injury for months. Then when I saw them do the ankle spot, I realized this is actually gonna be his last match. They did the parking lot brawl because it was easier for him to protect himself and still be able to do one last match

That sucks. P and P vs Best Friends was the peak moment of Dynamite's run so far

HAven't watched a show yet cause Cornette says I shouldn't and hes a smart dude that grew up in the business that knows good wrestling from bad wrestling.. I trust his judgement. Khan sound like Dixie Carter. That tells me all I need to know LOL. That means stay the fuck away from AEW LOL

Cornette is also an idiot. There's a lot of good wrestling in AEW......he just likes to nitpick at the dumbshit.

Cornette's incredible. A GOAT promo whose skills transfered completely to the podcasting medium. The illustrated thumbnails are also a magic touch.
I don't agree with lots of his subjective opinions on modern wrestling but a super-articulate and entertaining guy. It's not surprising his podcast is the most popular one out of the millions that pretain to wrestling .
This isn't an original idea but he would have been perfect as FTRs manager in a Bucks feud. I wonder which side was against it ?
