Adam Gase officially named HC

I was thinking it would be best to get an experienced HC. That said, Th Fins hired an experienced OC to lead a team that needs to improve play calling for the offense. I think there are reasons that multiple teams were interested in Gase. He has learned under some good head coaches. On a different note: The Pats came to Miami needing a win to secure the top seed and came out with a loss to a less experienced head coach in Campbell. As a Fins fan that was fun to watch. The Pats could be playing a road game in Denver if the Pats win in the first round. It will be interesting.

I said in post #13 that I thought Gase was a good choice.....but you must commit to him.
Pats lost to a division rival - we often split with Miami. I'm absolutely sure you enjoyed the win.....

Your initial post is about insanity and experienced coaches. That's not too hard to understand. Now you think Gase is a good choice? If your point now is that Dolphins fans should be patient I can agree with that. No one knows for sure if he will fail or succeed. Especially based on what other coaches have done here in Miami in the past. I agree he & and his coaches deserve a chance. I think within a few years we'll know if Ross & his staff made the right decision.

Well that's rather pessimistic if they focused on it anything can be fixed. They choose not to sometimes coaches think they can do it because their ego is so high. Philbin also screwed up the bullygate...they could have come out of that a lot better.
