AC II Revelations

I understand this is an older game, but I am just paying it now.

I have what appears to be a glitch, but I can't find anything about it online. I ought maybe one of you have run not it...

I have all 12 recruits, but one of them appears to be stuck. She is listed as 14th level, but she has enough XP to be a master. She also has the clock symbol as if she were on a mission, but she is nt on a mission. Is this something similar the the "That Little Prince" glitch, where I need to get to a certain point in the story before she will unlock again?

She would end up being my second Master Assassin, if she were to unlock.

That problem sounds familiar but I can't remember all the details. Have you tried the ubisoft boards for the game? They usually lists all known glitches and say if any patches fix it.
