Man Im going to miss J. Smith after this year. It has been fun watching him play.

I don't think he's that good. I see him falling into the third round of the draft. I spoke to 3 NFL owners who think it might be better if he stayed in college another year.

We're a 2.5 point dog to Clemson, at their house, though ranked higher. I'm not sure who I should be more ticked off with, the oddsmakers or the coaches/players who make the up the body of work that oddsmakers are working from.

The sloppier the conditions may in fact be more suited to our running game. Let's just hope coach doesn't over/out think himself on this one. While I think it'll be a different style of game than Kelly seems to prefer, I do think this won't be a game for passing 30 times at all. It should favor us if you simply go by Offense/Defense rank, even with the padded numbers Clemson's D has. I'm concerned about our D secondary, and the advantage usually goes to the offense when you can't cut on the dime. So, fairly even I guess I'd say, we'll see who's better executing in the muck.

Use the power running game and we should be ok.

Well teams we beat are not looking good. Another loss for Texas and GT. Really making me wonder about this team. Clemson is going to be our real 1st test.

No, the Irish are going to be Clemson's first test! :thumb:

Avoid the silly mistakes... like snaps going over the QB or Punter's head. Turnovers could be the difference here.

GO IRISH!

That was a tremendously frustrating loss. Terrible decision to go for 2 earlier in the 4th quarter and even worse play call on the 2 point conversion at the end. I believe that a worthy playoff caliber team would have won this game. I still can't believe that Saunders fumbled after getting hit by a kicker.

The play calling sucked and I'm not going to say they aren't playoff worthy if you can call any loss a good loss I would call this a good loss to a ranked team on the road. If they win out they'll have a chance especially with so many other teams going down today.
