Portland showed zero cares about getting embarrassed.

Credit to New Orleans. Fun group to watch and they play hard. Awesome city and awesome team that deserves much more recognition and exposure than they get. Wonder if they are even better with Cousins, or Cousins going out was a blessing to show what other threats they have. In other words, wonder if Cousins factors into their long term plans, or after this year they see him as a valuable trade asset to bring in more guard play or depth?

Davis will be fun to watch against the Warriors. Shockingly the Pelicans/Warriors series may be entertaining and at the very least interesting.

Terry Stotts will more than likely be unemployed in a few more days.

I think Mike Woodson, or even Jerry Stackhouse would be a good fit for them.

If Portland fired Stotts they would be fools. Neil Olshey needs to be the one let go. Stotts continues to win games with a roster that really isn't that loaded. Besides Lillard (who partially is at fault for the playoff fiasco, but also has zero help) Stotts doesn't have any playmakers or stars, yet he gets Portland into the post season each year.

Portland did this once before, thinking they could get over the 'hump' by firing a successful coach in Dunleavy. It yielded almost a decade of irrelevance and the Blazers have never been able to get back to legit Western Conference contenders.

Nope. If anyone loses their job over this awful playoff performance it is the GM, Olshey. He has signed Meyers Leonard to a G-damn franchise player type contract, insists that Aminu is some sort of rising all-star, and has surrounded Lillard (who is in his prime) with mediocre at best talent.

Nurkic is young, so that may be a little explanation as to why he is looking so weak in this series against A.Davis, but he is looking for a max contract soon. Ha, no thanks buddy.

Portland needs to keep Stotts and needs to keep Lillard. Everyone else IMO is fair game. Obviously you try to make moves to better surround Lillard given he is in his prime and it is now or never to win something or try and win something with him. And really, if Portland looks to blow this thing up and realizes they cant build what Lillard needs to get the Blazers to achieve something, than in fairness to Lillard trade him and just blow this entire thing up. The GM who built the 76ers is available, go get him and lets trust the process west coast style.

Part of Lillard's issues against the Pelicans is he has ZERO help. None. Stotts is a great coach and has done amazing things with very little.

At the end of this all, Stotts may be the only Blazer left.

At the end of the day, Portland wasn't getting past the 2nd round. Probably would have been swept yet again by GSW. But it is how they've lost this series. They are getting embarrassed and seem to not care one bit, there is no emotions whatsoever being down 30 points in a must win game.

if the Cavs offered the Brooklyn pick and some matching salary for McCollum would you take it?

Certainly worth looking at. I would see if you could get a more experienced and solidified 3 or 4 man first, because if Portland wants to do anything with Lillard they need to start acting now and not build for something in 3-4 years, because than it may be too late.

But if you couldn't package McCollum to try and get a good 3 or 4 man, than yes, I would take that trade.

2003 playoffs, Dallas-Portland I was at the Rose Garden for game 4 when the Blazers started a 3 game win streak to force a game 7 in Dallas.

I won't be in New Orleans, but am hoping Portland sparks a similar streak in todays game 4.

weird that this series could be over before 2 other series even get to game 3.

Rondo playing with heart and determination. Good to see him back in the playoffs making noise.
