500 Questions

Anyone watching this? I like it! Sort of like a Super Jeopardy. Many of the questions are not easy!

While it seems there are a number of decent strategies, the best so far has only gotten to 150..

I watched it the other night.... very intimidating. It's a lot harder than Jeopardy where I sometimes do very well, though I don't have to click in first from the comfort of my living room.

500 questions is a LOT.. . It's long haul and it seems a matter of time before you screw up. (You need 3 wrongs in row to get bounced)

The guy who got to 150 won about 100 grand so he's happy. But he stumbled badly on the 10 most popular pope names. Considering he had a masters in Theology that was pretty embarrassing.

I just did a "wow am I a fucking dumbass!" calculation...
I've probably seen at least 4,000 of the 7,000 Jeopardy episodes since 1964;
that's 2,000 hours - 12 weeks of my life spent feeling inferior to total fucking strangers on a gddammit teevee show!
