The dude has an ERA over 6. Don't we already have enough pitchers like this? Looks like somebody is dumpster diving again.

Not really. The Phillies need bullpen help. Otero is a sinkerball pitcher who induces groundballs. Until last year his ERA was in the threes. They will try him out at spring training. The worse that can happen is they will use him in the minors
to see if he can regain his form.

Yea I get it jvett. When you over-cook a piece of meat or you over-season it, the dog ends up eating it. Same goes for these two pieces of meat.
