heat defense is purely based on intensity and hustle. they have no presence inside. so when they play without urgency they are bound to allow tons of points. its what has happened the last two regular seasons.

i'd expect them to start cranking it up in a month or so.

It's just lucky for you that the Heat aren't in the West. Sure they'll moonwalk to the #2 seed in the East. But they would be sucking wind if they were in the West right now. As would everybody but Indiana.
