2014 Draft 2nd rounder, MARCUS WILSON

......has finally found a swing that works for him, he is going OFF so far to start season at Low A ball, and is still just 20 years old

Has always been viewed as one of those toolsy raw athletic types that this team loves to draft (see Anfernee Grier last year), with only 4 homers in low level minors in almost 700 atbats from 2014-2016

now has 5 thru 70 atbats at Kane County this season. Twice making BA's Prospect Hot Sheet so far, and is posting an OPS of 1.269

This team DESPERATELY needs some of these picks from 2014-2016 to materialize into quality prospects, and this is a step in the right direction..........along with Anthony Banda, and one of my favs, Alex Young
