For me, it's cutting up raw chicken. I hate it.
Slimy, wriggly, messy, and a bitch to clean up.

Definitely chicken. That's what I mainly eat now, more so than beef. I just hate handling & cutting it up. Onions are another food I love but I really hate dealing with it.
Raw chicken is kinda gross to trim up. Especially if we're talking gutting, plucking and skinning. Not a huge fan of scaling fish either. I know an onion is going to be delicious if tears are rolling down my face. (Even on my nights off from cooking the onion is my duty. Her eyes almost swell shut.). Absolutely love onions though. (Zucchini and summer squash,(with mushrooms and sweet onion) from the garden tonight. So good I cried before turning on the stove.)
Gnudi (Spinach dumplings) are a bit of a pain because you have to mix it all with your hands and it is so sticky.
Gutting a deer is never fun worrying about poking something with the knife you don't want to hit...
none of it really bothers me. I hate dealing with raw meat, just because I typically go through a ton of paper towels and then go through and have to wipe down everything in the kitchen because I'm afraid of cross-contamination
I never like deveining shrimp.... but I love throwing them on the grill...
Fileting a fish I just caught is always pretty messy... but I love cooking fresh trout on a campfire...
I have more issues with seafood than with chicken - and I like eating it more than chicken.
I've heard of it, but never done it. What's the point of deveining?
