I understand, you are just wrong on the “not doing anything new” thing though, in my opinion. The combination of top 3 offensive and defensive efficiency ratings, along with the shooting rankings has not happened before at this stage of a teams development. In fact the offensive and defensive thing alone has happened less than 40 times over the last 40 seasons. That’s for any team. So maybe, just maybe, these guys are different. They have to prove it when it counts.

This isn’t even the best young Thunder team we’ve seen.

That distinction belongs to the 2011-12 Thunder.
