The thing is the Chiefs have put a lot of money and picks into that WR room and they have basically nothing to show for it but some guy off Tampa Bay's scraps and a rookie out of SMU.

Hardman and Moore begin straight up busts is haunting them more than "parity."
That drop in EZ is about how bad as it gets, reminded me of the Pats for a second. Oh no scratch that.

The Kelce bros, bad for the Chiefs.
Swift is on the other team, oh boy!

Swift has a new career high in rushing after tonight.

Glad to see his success. Frustrating though. For multiple reasons as a Lions fan.

I can’t believe this team is 9-1. OL got out played last night. The offensive coordinator is clueless. Find out through post game interviews that the offensive play of the game wasn’t even the OC’s call. Hurts audibles to that deep ball to Smith in the slot. All season long though, the defensive coordinator Desai has won halftime and turned in 2nd half master classes with banged up and aging secondary personnel. The resiliency is an element that you either have or you dont. I see a lot of front runners at the top of the league. When the getting is good, they’re rolling people. But when they get in tight contests they pucker. That only takes you so far. The Eagles have a ton of work to do if they want to win a Super Bowl. They have 7 more games to find it.

There isn’t going to be a positional group in the playoffs as bad as the KC WR’s are.

We saw it week 1. We’ve seen it a lot of weeks since. And now against another top contender it once again completely shows.

This is looking like a fatal flaw.
And then that little bitch skyy moore catches a ball in the Super Bowl

It's a flaw, but it ain't fatal.

That MVS drop last night was a classic. There still would have been some time for the eagles but that would have been a dagger.

Reid should have pounded it even more last night. He should have gone full Marty Ball. He would have won it.

this is what surprised me when they went to mahomes and bumped his contract. You cant get help at the rest of the positions and just have to hit on your draft picks. Maybe Mahomes asks MVS to leave the two pounds of chain off next game

I mean, I despise Lebron and his picking teams deal, but every receiver who made money already and wants a ring should be beating down the KC door to play with mahomes.

I expect they will try and get one in FA or make a trade for one in the offseason.

but its always the guys that sign late, like this year Julio Jones. I know he is not getting open like before, but when the ball is there he is going to catch it.

He has 4 catches for 16 yards this season....in 3 games with the Eagles.

right, with AJ Brown whining he is not getting the ball enough and a guy like Smith catching everything that gets to him. Chiefs have nobody but Kelce and he is a little love sick now. Even the last throw, Kelce was on the left hash, the other TE was on the right side, both had 2 guys around him and Mahomes threw it to the other guy for a drop.

Julio is basically a glorified blocking WR and red zone threat at this point. He is pretty slow, but he can still block some, so he is getting on the field in 4 WR sets basically to block with Dallas Goedert hurt.

Seems pretty fair. The unexpected thing was how KC dominated them at the LOS for a good part of the game. The Eagles "could have" lost probably over half of their games but they didn't. They keep finding ways to win every single week. Come playoff time there will be close games. Not panicking and being used to being in and winning those games could help a lot come January.
