Not tap dancing anything. This is the first occurrence of it's kind. There is no policy in place for this, or the NFL would've already announced the plan forward. In this world run by lawyers, exclusion of a reference to medical emergency precludes it from the weather emergency rules. Even if it was implied, that is not the letter of the law.

It's not excluded. E.G. was used followed by a couple of examples, because it's impossible to list every single potential game stopping circumstance. Game stopped due to medical emergency is simply another reason.

If it cited every possible reason, and stated that they were the only reasons, and medical emergency was not one of them, you would be right. But it does not, so you're just misinterpreting what's stated.

No lie - UC Bearcats (University of Cincinnati) football team has a kid that plays NT - went to Colerain (local Cincinnati H.S.) - He left his Jr year at somewhere around 250lbs, and came back his Sr year weighing in north of 365lbs....in High School.....!!!!!

His Skyline order after a game:

Quoted: "Seven Chilitos (Chili Cheese Burrito) with french fries in them. Gotta have a string cheese too (added to the burrito - one in each). Then on the side I would have a large 3-way with some chili-cheese fries..."

His name is Donte Corleon - and of course his nickname is "The Godfather" - so, this order is now called "The Godfather" - and it is an ENORMOUS meal. I tried just 1 Chilito with Fries to try it out - and I couldn't even finish 1....I couldn't imagine 7, with string cheese - and then eating a 3 way and chili cheese fries....

He's down to 325 now - and as a Red-Shirt Freshman was one of the top graded DL in the entire country. Was on the Freshman All-American team....dude is going to be a STUD NT in the NFL...DJ Reader clone, IMO.

The one outcome that would bug me the most is to make everyone play this week without informing teams that there are still plans for a make-up. Having the Ravens and Bengals duke it out in a game that might be meaningless but also might be for the AFC-N and then having to face the idea that they might have to run it right back a week later is really unfair to both teams.

2 plays 7 (Patriots/Dolphins/Steelers), 3 plays 6 (Ravens/Chargers), 4 plays 5 (Jags/Titans vs Ravens/Chargers).

If the Bills/Bengals game is canceled, Bengals win the division and are at worst the 3 seed (2 if Buffalo loses to the Patriots and Bengals beat the Ravens). The Ravens are the 6 seed if they lose to the Bengals or if the Chargers beat the Broncos.

Bengals/Ravens in the first round has a solid chance.

Right.. because that's what the E.G. is for... to designate that what follows are simply examples out of many possibilities. You're suggesting that excludes medical emergencies. It does not. It excludes nothing.

If those examples are meant to be a comprehensive list, it would state they are a comprehensive list.
If medical emergencies are to be excluded, it would that state medical emergencies are to be excluded.
It does neither.
