It was a complete team failure. Defense was bad in both games. Acta waving in the slowest guy on the team who ended up out by a mile.Castillo, Ray, and Kirby for the three starters this series.
Two out of three? Possible, but neither of the two is coming from Ray.
One can only hope our pitching doesn't choke like against Texas. That should not have been...
Well, guess not....It was a complete team failure. Defense was bad in both games. Acta waving in the slowest guy on the team who ended up out by a mile.
Hopefully they left all that behind in Texas.
That was such a Mariners play. I really hate this team sometimes (a lot).Well, guess not....
CALL THE FUCKING BALL
Instead of an out, they stupidly gift a HR.
Suddenly this team can't play defense.
they statistically have the best D, but have been terrible the last 3 games. They won't make the playoffs with so many blunders. That was such a Mariners play. I really hate this team sometimes (a lot).
The one big question is...how many weeks will Haniger be out after this bump?
That is actually a great point. It is always ruled a homer if off the glove or head (Canseco), but if off the glove and in play it is an error. Never thought too much about it til you brought that up.Also as an aside, I 100% would have scored that E9. What a bullshit "home run."
It was originally called fair, but Brian "giant pussy" O'Nora got scared because big ol mean Phil Nevin yelled at him and wrongly changed the call to foul ball, so then they had to have indisputable proof to call it fair.I still don't understand how they overturned Julio's homerun, if they had shown ANY shot that showed it was foul I would have been fine with it but I just didn't see it. Am I wrong? Don't you need proof to overturn things?
