Cali ... IMO this how the game went ... 1st series, Buffalo has 3rd and 15 and I think to myself "hey, they might get off the field for the first time this year without giving up a TD. Wrong, they made the 1st down and the rest was a blowout. I jinxed them.

We weren't supposed to win. The WTF defense is still very disappointing.

I agree and I've made this one.. one of the games that Washington "should" win. We'll see, but the early oddsmakers have Atlanta as favorites primarily because they are looking at our team differently.

Wow, I'm not sure where to begin. Heinicke was bad yesterday. Doesn't appear to be a long-term answer but certainly can play better than he did yesterday. He just doesn't have the arm strength to try some of the throws he tries.

Not gonna lie, I was adding up in my head how many weeks until Fitz gets back around the 2nd or 3rd INT. I like Heinicke though.

Gibson is a baller and McKissic has been good this year.

I'd have to watch the tape, so don't hold me to this, but Cosmi doesn't suck.

McLaurin and Logan did what they do. No complaints there.

Gibson dropped one. Brown was a non factor and dropped one. Cam Sims continues to drop the easy ones, but it was nice to see him on the field. Can't wait to get Samuel back. That should really open things up for Logan.

Four first rounders and Settle had the highest grade. Smdh

Chase overpursues all the time and now he's calling out the fans and his teammates. Don't be a fan later? Bruh we've been living this nightmare for thirty years. We ain't going nowhere.

Play better! Maybe Chase should attend OTAs next year instead of getting on celebrity Family Fued and..........uh...."bullshitting," and what not.

Gonna be some growing pains with Davis and St. Juste but I'm seeing growth.

I don't know why the defense sucks this year.

I don't know why we can't get pressure.

I don't know why Fuller sucks in the slot this year but two years ago excelled at that.

I don't know why they keep putting Landon out there. (Could be wrong but it looked like McCain got a lot of his snaps in the second half.

The Bills did whatever they wanted. I was completely embarrassed by that performance. Huge step back. An offside call away from being 0-3. This team is trending toward five wins.

The only thing that can stop that is if the defense suddenly does a 180° and Samuel and maybe Fitz make the offense dynamic.

I concede, Turner called a bad game. I really can't grade JDR, because so much is wrong on that side of the ball, I couldn't tell you who's at fault.

Atlanta is a bad team relatively speaking and likely won't be favored again this season. At this point it's just safer for everyone's mental health to believe that Washington will be underdogs in their games. Sorry man, I tried to warn you guys.

Well the early oddsmakers have them as favorites, what does that say about Washington, at least in the eyes of these professional gamblers, and what they bring to the party?

I suspect that Rivera and Co. will lean on that old tired "we lost our starting QB, Samuel, et.al" to rationalize what's happening to this team, but we're all seeing this and I don't think that.. that dog will hunt.

You've got to remember that an opening line of 1 or 2 points is basically a 'pickum' game based on public perception from the linemaker to the public. The public will play with this line all week long and it might even be Washington -1.5 about an hour before kickoff time. At about 30 minutes before kickoff time the sharps (professional gamblers) might or might not take a position on this game for huge money depending on what their personal betting line is telling them.

Pretty much spot on.

I am not going to get on Turner. Heinicke is not going to the right spots with the ball and is holding it a bit too long. He told his teammates that and apologized for trying to do too much. It is hard for the play caller and the QB when you are down big early.
