He has never been in the MVP discussion or he would’ve received at least 1 vote by year 9 correct? Did you even read what you clipped? You literally proved my point. He has never been in the discussion.
I don't think Wilson ever even got AMVP.

Wilson has played nine seasons, take all the other QB;s who ever played.

Ta

Do you watch any football talk shows. they were all over Wilson and the MVP, this is news to you? And that has happened more than one season. This is news?
You said who has had a better 9 years and you got blown up because of how many have had. Then you change it to ones who started day one, even though Wilson was the only QB available on the roster. Then you change it up to some bogus pro bowl numbers where over half the league either plays in the pro bowl or was suppose to be.

Talk shows are opinions, not MVP discussion. Not receiving 1 MVP proves all those cute stats you bring up are pointless. And shows you lack and credibility about talking about football when you Tom Brady and Joe Montana didn’t have far superior resumes.

Bert Jones
Brian Sipe
Kenny Anderson
Boomer Esiason
Rich Gannon

All have won League MVP

He can't hold Brian F*cking Sipes jock.

Get back to us when he wins an MVP. Until then....STFU

Let's compare Sipes whole career to Wilson's ok skippy?

Sipe

pro bowls.....1
career comp %....56.5
4000 yard seasons....1
30 td seasons.....1
he had 23, 26, 25, and a slew of 14INT seasons
100 or more passer ratings....0
career passing rating....74.9
never rushed for more than...178 yards in a season

Wilson

7 pro bowls
65.1 xareer comp%
4 4000 yard seasons
5 30 TD seasons
never had more than 13 INT's in any season
6 100 passer ratings seasons
101.7 his career passer rating
over 800 yards rushing in a season

Dude, Sipe wouldn't make a zit on Wilson's ass and only a total idiot like you wouldn't see that.

And it would be the same total ass kicking for any of those you listed. Can't believe you wouldn't know this.

We could take every QB who ever played and start eliminating....

Sat on a bench like Brady, Mahomes, Rodgers,Young
Never won a SB like Moon, Marino, Kelly, Tarkenton, Rivers, Fouts
Never rushed for 500 yards in a season, that wipes out a ton
Never had a passer rating for a season over 110, that wipes out another ton
Never had a 40 TD season, there goes another gang..
Never threw more than 13 INT;s in a season, say good bye to a whole flock of guys

Who is left standing.............Russell Wilson

Not about what QB wouldn't have sat behind Favre, it's about Wilson not sitting at all, just tossed out there while Rodgers was turtored.

Not about when Rodgers finally took over the thing about Wilson is his starting day one. Big difference the Rodgers situation from the Wilson one.

Peyton threw how many picks, Damn!!!! He had an inferior passing rating, obviously inferior rushing stats.

Bottom line is having to talk Rodgers and Manning in this, that is where Wilson is, among the very elite.

I don't think anyone should be arguing with you that Wilson is an elite QB and he is incredibly efficient but if you give me the choice between prime Favre, Rodgers, Manning, and Wilson to lead my team he is going to be 4th on that list. Throw Mahomes and Brady in there and he is gonna drop another two spots

Exactly, I don't see anyone claiming Wilson sucks, I only see others saying on their opinions Wilson isn't the greatest.

Funny thing is Raisin keeps touting stats even though we all know the raw numbers have changed dramatically over the years, then when one shows same time frame numbers to dispute him, he says he only want's to use numbers from here to there, any thing outside of that window doesn't count.

Does Wilson have an MVP????? Nope. They do. Pretty sad the man with the best 9 year start of a career doesn’t have that MVP.

Gannon>Wilson

Did you know Gannon ran a 9.44 100 yard dash at his middle school??

A serious question. No QB has as many pro bowls as Wilson (7) in his first nine seasons?

Peyton had 7, can;t think of anyone having more than 7, not saying it hasn't happened. With Wilson it's the combination of all of it, nobody matchs his overall game.

Dude never sat the bench, he can run, like in really run, his stats on a par with anyones. and he has done things nevr done before him.

Dude, you have no idea just how far superior Wilson is to Rich Gannon do ya? How old was Gannon when he won that MVP, was it in his first nine seasons which is what we are talking about here.

Gannon was in his 16th year, he was 38 years old. What does he have to do with this conversation, yep....nothing!

Dude.....FIRST NINE SEASONS....ok?

Come on people, Wilson has only played nine seasons, so don't care about anything longer than that, ok?

Cam Newton won the MVP he isn't close to being on Wilsons level.

Sure. Or change to...

Never had a >40 TD season OR
Never threw for 4500 yards in a season

...and Wilson's gone, too. And those aren't crazy numbers at all.

Forty-three QBs have at least one season with more passing yards than Wilson's best season. Forty-three.

Russell Wilson has never received a single vote for MVP. Not one, ever.

Well when ya look at Cam Newton an MVP and know how much better Wilson is than him, hmmmm?

Well if we take everything into an account.....

starts
wins
NFL records
comp%
TD/INT ratio
pro bowls
passer rating
rushing

We won't find anyone who did it better those first nine seasons of the career. Fact!

Wilson was only a pro-bowl starter once.

Peyton started four times in his first nine years.

That's the difference. Wilson is consistently an A- student.

Peyton vs Wilson

Both never missed a game, both 7 pro bowls, about the same comp%, Peyton more yards, Wilson by far a better TD/INT ratio. Peyton threw a TON of picks a TON, passer rating goes to Wilson as does the rushing ....obviously.

Wilson an A- really?
